For a useful quote, send a photo of the wall, the item’s dimensions and weight if known, and the hanging points or bracket. Wall construction and the load affect which fixings are suitable.
Decide the position before the visit
Think about the height and position you want. For a picture grouping, send a photo of the whole set. Keep the hanging hardware and any manufacturer’s instructions with the item.
Add it to a furniture assembly visit
If you also have furniture to build, mention the hanging work in the same enquiry. I’ll check whether the tasks can be included in the agreed visit.
