Information you choose to send
This can include your name, phone number, optional email, postcode, job description, product links and photographs. A full address is only needed when arranging the work. Please avoid including unrelated personal information or other people in photographs.
Why it is used
Enquiry details are used to take steps you request before a possible contract and to carry out agreed work. Relevant records may also be kept to meet legal obligations or manage legitimate business needs such as answering a query. Enquiries are not consent to marketing.
Services involved
The website and form are provided through Wix. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which processes messages under its own terms and privacy policy. Your mobile provider handles text messages and calls. These services may process information in different countries under their applicable safeguards and policies.
Keeping and accessing information
Information should be kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, agreed work, legal record keeping or resolving a query. You may ask what information is held, request correction or deletion, or raise an objection where applicable. Some records may need retaining for legal reasons. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and preferences
Optional analytics are off by default. If you allow them, Wix analytics can measure visits and contact-button use once the site is live on its custom domain.
